Keith Prowse helped Tennis Australia design an ambitious vision for the Australian Open’s premium hospitality products. Their approach combined global data analysis with a collaborative, iterative process across the business. The project goal involved a thorough evaluation of our hospitality products, with the aim of creating a full strategic growth plan based on our unique circumstances.
Over the course of a 4-month project, the collaboration provided real insight into all aspects of world class hospitality products and trends: marketing, digital, operations, benchmarking, product range, trends, future market conditions and innovation to name a few.
