What do we mean by hospitality?

Ten years ago, Keith Prowse was renowned as a corporate hospitality provider. Our customers were predominantly companies looking to build genuine connections with clients and employees. But, in recent times, especially since the pandemic, consumers have become increasingly interested in spending money on experiences rather than material possessions. This change is fueling the growth of hospitality experiences beyond the corporate world and so, our customer base is changing, too.

Hospitality has a broad (and in some cases a variety of) definitions but when we talk about hospitality, we mean the kind of experiences that upgrade a day at a sporting or music event with food, drink and (in many cases) entertainment.
