Allianz Stadium Hospitality FAQs

TICKETS

WHY SHOULD I BOOK OFFICIAL HOSPITALITY?

We understand it is difficult to know when purchasing corporate hospitality if the supplier is official and trustworthy. Keith Prowse is the principal hospitality sales partner of England Rugby Hospitality, which is the official brand relating to England Rugby’s official hospitality, sold with an official match ticket and located within the stadium itself.

Sales channels displaying the England Rugby Hospitality brand and/or the “Good for Rugby” mark are the only official suppliers of hospitality within Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, which provides the following advantages:

- Guaranteed official match day tickets
- Allocated within the stadium’s hospitality facilities
- Peace of mind that you are buying official
- Confidence that money from hospitality is benefiting the game directly via the RFU

For more information relating to the  ‘Good For Rugby’ mark and what this means can be found here.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTATION?

All event documentation and match tickets will be sent to the main booker for them to distribute to guests approximately one week prior to the event once payment has been made. Please ensure you bring these items with you, as you will be unable to gain entry into the stadium without them.

Please note that we do not send any tickets overseas. If booking from overseas, we advise that you provide us with a UK address that you would like your tickets posted to (e.g. the hotel you are staying at). Tickets can also be collected from the Stadium ticket office on the day of the match.

HOW DO I INFORM YOU ABOUT ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OF MY GUESTS?

You can complete guest dietary requirements via 'Manage guests & tickets' in your online account. If you have not yet registered on keithprowse.co.uk, please follow these instructions. We also send out a reminder around six weeks prior to the event. Every effort will be made to accommodate any late requests.

VENUE

HOW CLOSE ARE MY SEATS?

As we have seats throughout the Stadium, ticket location is dependent upon a number of factors, including the facility you have booked and how many packages you have bought. We always endeavour to make the walk from your facility to your seats as short as possible. But you can be assured that you'll enjoy among the best seats in the house. Visit the facilities pages for more information and to see a view from the seats provided by that facility.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

There is no strict dress code within the hospitality areas, team shirts are allowed. We advise a smart casual appearance and please dress according to the weather conditions as your match seats are outside. For inspiration on what to wear at Allianz, please check out our blog

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO MEET MY GUESTS?

The best place to meet is within your facility. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to your table upon arrival.

IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN STORE MY LUGGAGE?

The RFU has been increasing security measures for the upcoming games. Additional security check points and measures including bag searches and pat-downs being in place at the entrance points to the stadium.

If you need to bring a bag with you this should be no larger than A4 size. If you bring a bigger bag this may result in you being denied entry to the stadium without refund or compensation.

A bag drop facility located outside of the Keith Prowse office on Rugby Road, is available at the stadium and may incur a small fee.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE STADIUM?

Please be advised that Allianz Stadium is now a completely non-smoking Stadium. The smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or vaporisers is not permitted anywhere within the green perimeter fence line of the stadium.

TRAVEL

HOW FAR IS THE STADIUM FROM TWICKENHAM STATION?

Turn right out of the station exit and the ground is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk from the station and is clearly signposted.

CAN I DRIVE TO THE STADIUM ON MATCH DAYS?

Yes, Allianz Stadium is on the northern side of the A316 into London. However, road closures are enforced around the stadium on match days, with roads closing approximately 90-120 minutes prior to kick-off, dependent on pedestrian traffic. The roads briefly open during the game and then close for up to 120 minutes post-match. There is no exact timetable for road closures, however, these timings act as a good guide.

WHERE CAN I PARK ON ARRIVAL AT THE STADIUM?

Car parking is available at an additional cost, it must be purchased in advance of the match day and is subject to availability. Official parking is available in either the Rosebine car park, which is a 10-minute walk to the stadium or in the Tesco car park, which is a 5-minute walk to the stadium. Please contact your account manager for further details.

IS THERE A DROP OFF AND PICK UP POINT FOR USE ON MATCH DAYS?

There are no official drop-off or pick-up points around the stadium for general public use but they do operate one for taxis and private hire vehicles. Dedicated shuttle buses operate between Richmond Station and Allianz Stadium to get fans to the match.

Following the match, private hire mini cabs can be collected from Twickenham Stoop (Harlequins rugby ground) opposite the stadium along the A316.
