The Cheltenham Festival FAQs

When will I receive my documentation?

We aim to send all documentation out to you two weeks prior to the event date, providing payment for your hospitality has been made in full.

Where can I place bets on the races?

There are lots of official bookmakers around the racecourse where you can place your bets. Tote is located within Front Runners for ease of access.

Do you send tickets in the post?

Yes we will send out your tickets via special delivery; these will need to be signed for. Tickets are required in order to gain access to the Racecourse grounds. Please note that tickets can’t be duplicated and the original copies must be bought along on the day. Loss of tickets will result in loss of entry to the Racecourse.

How do I book hospitality for Cheltenham?

You can choose and book your hospitality experience on our Cheltenham event page. Here you will be able to view all available packages and facilities and book directly online via our basket and checkout facility.

Do I need to distribute my tickets to all my guests before we arrive at the hospitality facility?

Yes, all clients will need to have a ticket to gain access to the Racecourse and their event card to gain access to the facility. They will then be given a wristband in conjunction with their event card.

What is the dress guide?

We request that guests dress on the smarter side of casual i.e. no ripped jeans or trainers. Jackets and ties are not obligatory. If you are attending on Ladies Day you might want to dress to impress.

Where is the best place to meet my guests?

The best place to meet your guests is at your table within Front Runners. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to your table when you arrive.

Do you employ official photographers on event day?

We occasionally employ the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but isn’t limited to the following: our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

What will my view be in Front Runners?

Front Runners has stunning views of the racecourse and overlooks the final furlong. Guests can enjoy all the racing action from the comfort of the Front Runners balcony.

What will the menu be in Front Runners?

We offer a very varied and exciting menu with a two x choice starter and a three x choice main. You can also expect a breakfast roll served on arrival and traditional afternoon tea as well as the choice four-course lunch.

Who should I inform if my guests have dietary requirements?

You can complete guest dietary requirements via 'Manage guests & tickets' in your online account. If you have not yet registered on keithprowse.co.uk, please follow these instructions. We also send out a reminder around six weeks prior to the event. Every effort will be made to accommodate any late requests.
