How do I book hospitality for Edgbaston

 

You can explore your hospitality experience on our Edgbaston event page. Featuring all available packages and facilities. With the ability to book directly online via our basket and checkout facility.

 

When will I receive my documentation?

 

E-tickets will be issued for each hospitality guest at Edgbaston through the Edgbaston App. Please view the document for full instructions on how to download the App, access your tickets and share tickets. 

 

How do I access my tickets?

 

Tickets for the T20’s and international fixtures will ONLY be available via the Edgbaston App

Tickets for The Hundred will ONLY be available via The Hundred App. To download the app please visit the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android.

Can you ensure that my ticket seats will be all together?

 

We endeavour to seat all clients together where possible.

 

Am I allowed to leave Edgbaston and then return later in the day?

 

Unfortunately, not. If you leave the stadium during the match, then you will not be able to return later in the day.

 

Am I allowed to leave Edgbaston and allow a colleague to replace me for afternoon tea?

 

Unfortunately not, tickets are non-transferable.

What is the difference between The Experience Club and The Experience Club Premium?

 

The Experience Club is split into two packages, ‘The Experience Club’ and ‘The Experience Club Premium’. The benefits of The Experience Club Premium package include seats located on the 1882 balcony whereas seats for ‘The Experience Club’ are located in the West Upper stand

 

What is the dress code?

 

In the Warwickshire Suite, everyone is required to dress according to the strict smart dress code. For gentlemen, collared shirts are advised but smart non-collared tops are also permitted. Smart tailored shorts are acceptable. For ladies, tops and dresses may be sleeveless and smart sandals may be worn.

In all other facilities, smart casual is expected but collared shirts are not essential.

Although smart trainers and shoes are accepted in all facilities, ripped jeans, sports trainers and flip flops are strictly prohibited. Fancy dress is not acceptable.

We appreciate that fashion taste is subjective, but we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to the stated dress code accepted within hospitality at Edgbaston.

 

 

Where is the best place to meet my guests?

 

The best place to meet your guests is in your hospitality area. Please refer to the venue map for the fixture you are attending.

 

What are we not allowed to bring into the stadium?

 

Bottles, containers, metal cans or alcohol are not allowed into the ground.

 

Can I bring a camera into the grounds?

 

Yes, we are happy for you to bring cameras into the ground.

Who should I inform if my guests have dietary requirements?

 

You can complete guest dietary requirements via 'Manage guests & tickets' in your online account. If you have not yet registered here, please follow these instructions.

 

Do you employ official photographers on event day?

 

We occasionally employ the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include but isn’t limited to the following: our own and third-party.

 

Can I take photos at the event or use any official photography or logos?

 

You’re welcome to take photos in the hospitality spaces You are not permitted to use official event photography, or any logos associated with the event without permission.

 

Do I need to do anything before the event?

 

Prior to your attendance you will need to assign e-vent documentation to each attending guest. Detailed instructions of how to do this will be emailed to yourself. please note, for security reasons all guests' names must be added before the event, otherwise it could result in guests being refused entry.

 

What will happen if it rains?

 

Bad weather may affect your match which will mean a delay in play, or no play is possible. The decision on any delay in play is made by the umpires, who are responsible for the players’ safety. Fans are encouraged to check the weather forecast for their match day before their visit and plan for any bad weather. Please bring a raincoat and umbrellas are allowed. Areas of some stands (South Stand, Eric Hollies Stand and Skyline) are undercover, but most of the ground is open. Fans can take cover in our indoor areas including the concourse of the South Stand and in our Exhibition Hall.

Vitality T20 Finals Day
 
If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of the match ticket value only subject to the below:
 
(a) if the second semi-final does not achieve a result - a full 100% (match ticket value); 
(b) if both semi-final matches do achieve a result but (i) there are zero to 10 overs played of the T20 Final (the last scheduled match of the day) AND (ii) no result is obtained in the T20 Final - a 50% refund (match ticket value).  In no other circumstances can money be refunded. 
 
Please note that in the event that the final is not completed on the scheduled day, there is a reserve day (the following day). 
In this event, your match ticket (hospitality not included) will be valid for entry on the reserve day and you will still be entitled to claim your refund, if applicable.
