How will I get my BST Hyde Park hospitality tickets - and do I need to print my BST Hyde Park tickets?
All tickets will be made available electronically using the official BST Hyde Park app. Please check your tickets in the app no later than the day before the event. Tickets are made available as Mobile ID - a digital ticketing system that will be the only customer admission method for all BST Hyde Park 2025 events. This eliminates the use of paper tickets, allowing you quicker entry to the venue - whilst being more environmentally conscious. You can manage your tickets in the app, and can transfer them easily to your guests right up until the show starts. More information about the app can be found below.
What information do I need to provide ahead of my BST Hyde Park booking?
Please log in to My Account to submit all names and detailed allergy information for your guests - this will ensure we can provide the best guest experience on the day of your event.
By submitting this information, you confirm that you have your guests’ consent to share their allergy information. The submitted information will be passed onto our catering partners - however, where an allergy has been indicated for any guest, or where there is a change to the submitted information, guests must discuss their allergies with a member of the catering team on the day to ensure proactive communication and a clear understanding of your requirements.

How do I get into the Great Oak Roof Garden at BST Hyde Park?
All hospitality guests will enter the Great Oak Roof Garden via the American Express VIP Summer Garden Entrance 17A. The Summer Garden crew will assist in directing guests to the terrace where the facility is located.
What should I be aware of if travelling from abroad?
From April 2025, all visitors to the UK from the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan will need to have a valid electronic travel authorisation (ETA). Please check the UK Government website for more information.

Can I access other areas at BST Hyde Park?
All Great Oak Roof Garden guests will have access to the American Express VIP Summer Garden.
Can I bring bags into BST?
No large bags are allowed into BST. You are permitted to take small bags no larger than 297mm x 210mm x 210mm.
What can I bring into BST Hyde Park?
We allow patrons to bring in empty water bottles to refill at one of our free refill points across the festival arena. We will not allow large bags into American Express presents BST Hyde Park but you will be permitted to take small bags in with you. We class small bags as no larger than 297mm x 210mm x 210mm.
Am I allowed to leave BST and allow another person to replace me?
Unfortunately not - wristbands are non-transferable. There is no re-admission to American Express presents BST Hyde Park after entry.
Do you get wristbands at BST Hyde Park?
You will be issued with a Great Oak Roof Garden wristband upon entry. The wristband is not transferrable. It is your responsibility to take care of your wristband. Those without wristbands will be refused admission to the Site or may be removed from the Site. For security purposes all Tickets and wristbands remain the property of AEG at all times.
I purchased official BST merchandise as part of my booking - where and when do I receive that?
All items - bar the souvenir ticket - will be picked up on your behalf and given to you upon arrival to the Great Oak Roof Garden. Souvenir tickets will be mailed out, post-event - but there is unfortunately no international shipping available.
