Our Chosen Charity: The Baobab
Keith Prowse and The Experience Golf are extremely proud to have partnered with The Baobab, a Kindergarten based in Nairobi, Kenya, to improves the lives of the schoolchildren.
2025 marks the third year with The Baobab, a school that nourishes 90 children who come from the poorest of backgrounds, through food, sport and education - three values that are remarkably close to us. From 50-mile walks, baking contests, golf relays and more, we've raised over £20,000 to fund a new library, a football team (Keith's Kickers, pictured) and a feeding programme (Keith's Kitchen, pictured).

Access Sport
Investment in and access to inclusive community sport and physical activity in the UK is inadequate. Through no fault of their own, too many young people are unable to access the benefits of community sport that we so often take for granted.
Less than half of all children and young people currently meet the Chief Medical Officers’ Physical Activity Guidelines (60 minutes of physical activity a day), and disabled people are less than half as likely to be physically active as non-disabled people.
Access Sport is on a mission to change this.

Our Charity Committee and What's Next for The Baobab
The Keith Prowse and Experience Golf teams join forces to have a charity committee, who meet up regularly to discuss, plan and execute ideas and fundraisers. This committee is at the very heart of all we do as a company for The Baobab, and the reasons for our continued efforts and success!
Our charity committee are going to drive something even bigger for The Baobab this year. Through various initiatives, the Keith Prowse family aim to fund The Baobab bus. This includes the general running costs and funding a driver, to take children to and from school every day. Currently, children walk to the school in awful conditions, on busy roads and in unsuitable footwear - some for miles - and we want to change that. Our target? £20,000 for 2025!

Planet
- Sustainability: from switching from diesel to sustainably-sourced vegetable oils, to increased use of locally-sourced ingredients, cooking and prepping more onsite and even recycling cooking oils, we are fully committed to be as sustainable as we can in the ways in which we operate. Our new HerStory campaign also has sustainability at the very heart! Said initiatives are our promises to supporting our parent company, Levy UK and Ireland, in achieving Net Zero Emissions by 2027.
Partnerships
- Foundations: Keith Prowse work with a number of rightsholders and appointments, and with that, comes great positive impact in raising funds for a number of foundations.
- In 2024 alone, we were able to support mental health charities for children in Warwickshire through Edgbaston’s hospitality suites, support reinvestment into rugby at grass root levels through England Rugby hospitality, improve access to tennis facilities and equipment with the LTA Foundation, and provide vital services to those who need it most in Merton and Wandsworth, through contributions to The Wimbledon Foundation.
