The wait for a new era of international rugby is over - the inaugural 2026 Nations Championship is officially on sale, and fans can now secure their place at Allianz Stadium to see England take on New Zealand, Australia and Japan in a groundbreaking competition set to redefine the global Test calendar.
Launching in November 2026, the Nations Championship brings together the world’s best teams in a new, structured tournament designed to add meaning and intensity to every international fixture.
Replacing the traditional series of standalone friendlies, the Championship will see 12 nations compete across two conferences - the North (Guinness Men’s Six Nations) and the Rest of the World (Rugby Championship + two invited teams) - with results contributing to an overall league table and, ultimately, qualification for the Finals Weekend including the Grand Final.
England will open their second part of their pools campaign against rugby powerhouses Australia, then welcoming Japan before a final pools showdown against New Zealand. Each match will carry vital points in the race for a Finals Weekend berth, ensuring every encounter has something riding on it.
(Wales’s fixtures will be confirmed soon, with details to follow on our website.)
Each nation will play six cross-conference fixtures - three in July and three in November - before the top-ranked sides advance to the Finals Weekend, hosted at London’s Allianz Stadium. In total, fans can expect top-tier international rugby, culminating in one team lifting the first-ever Nations Championship trophy.
The format promises to bring consistent competitive balance and narrative to the global calendar - every point, every try, and every win matters.
