Shaun is no stranger to the stadium, having previously led as Head Chef since 2018. Now stepping into this prestigious role, he’ll oversee every aspect of culinary operations - from match day hospitality to conferences and private events. That means managing a world-class team of up to 280 chefs across 38 kitchens, serving as many as 14,000 hospitality guests on event days.

With a career spanning international training and luxury hospitality, Shaun brings creativity, flair, and a deep passion for excellence to his cooking. He has been instrumental in shaping the stadium’s fine dining experiences, introducing innovative menus, championing sustainability, and collaborating with Michelin-starred guest chefs.

For Shaun, this appointment is the culmination of years of dedication, leadership, and vision - qualities that have made him a much-respected figure in the Twickenham culinary team.

Speaking about his new role, Shaun said:
