Tickets:
How do I book hospitality for The Oval?
You can choose and book your hospitality experience on our Oval event page. Here you will be able to view all available packages and facilities and book directly online via our basket and checkout facility.
Do you send tickets out in the post?
We use paperless ticketing; your tickets will be emailed to you.
When will I receive my e-tickets?
Your e-tickets will be emailed to you 7-10 days before the date of your hospitality package.
Do I need to print my e-ticket?
No, e-tickets can be scanned directly from a mobile phone. Please ensure your phone is charged in order to use your e-ticket
Can you ensure that all my ticket seats are together?
We endeavour to seat all guests together. The Kia Oval allocate tickets to guests so that they are close to the hospitality facility.
What happens if I have a guest name change?
If guest names change within two weeks of attendance, please amend them in My Account with any dietary requirements. If the deadline has passed, please submit as soon as possible and contact us. We will not be able to make changes to guest names on the day of your visit.
Am I allowed to leave The Kia Oval and return later in the day?
Guests are welcome to leave the venue, but must ensure their ticket is scanned out by a steward at the main gate. This will allow the ticket to be scanned again for re-entry. Please note that to access your hospitality suite upon return, you must also be wearing your wristband, as the ticket alone will not grant entry.
Can I leave The Kia Oval and allow a colleague to replace me in the afternoon?
Unfortunately not, tickets are non-transferable.

Bad weather may affect your match which will mean a delay in play, or no play is possible. The decision on any delay in play is made by the umpires, who are responsible for the players’ safety.
