General:
What about accessibility?
Accessibility is very important to us. All of our Wimbledon hospitality facilities are accessible - and with accessible toilets, of course - but the main booker must notify Keith Prowse at the time of booking or at least two weeks before the event (whichever is sooner) of any access requirements. Staff recognise the Sunflower Lanyard and can be approached if additional assistance or support is needed.
Seating: Guests requiring accessible/ ambulant courtside seats must submit a request in advance of completing their booking; accessible seating is subject to availability and managed by The All England Lawn Tennis Club - wheelchair tickets provide space for a wheelchair and a seat alongside. They can accommodate an electric scooter.
Within the Grounds:
• Accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities can be accessed using a Radar Key available from the security staff at every entrance gate to the Grounds, and from Information Desks.
• Certified Assistance Dogs that are trained by members of Assistance Dogs (UK) are allowed entry to the Grounds and the Show Courts. The Orchard, at the top of The Hill, and the back of Court 12 in the Southern Village have dedicated spending areas.
• There are Hearing Loops located at key points around the Grounds.
• A quiet room is in the Southern Village within the Grounds, where guests can retreat for a moment of private meditation, prayer, reflection or simply to escape the crowds - within Keith Prowse hospitality facilities, there are quiet periods throughout the day which our hosts will be happy to advise on.
Specifically within Keith Prowse hospitality facilities at Wimbledon:
• The Lawn - and Le Gavroche at The Lawn - are accessible via the ground floor; garden levels can be accessed via a lift.
• The Players’ Tables (within The Lawn) have a step, and are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
• Treehouse is accessible via the lift to the first floor, within The Lawn.
• Rosewater Pavilion is accessible via Gate 9 for wheelchair guests - there is a ramp and lift inside the facility for access to floors.
• Centre Court Skyview Suites are accessible via a lift to Level 4.
Who should I inform if me or my guests have dietary requirements?
If you are the main booker, you can add a guest’s dietary requirements via My Account. Any severe intolerances or kosher requests need to be made no later than one week before your arrival and clear details of suitable foods must be provided. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 5 days before attendance cannot be guaranteed.
Do you employ official photographers on event day?
We occasionally employ the services of professional photographers/videographers to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but is not limited to our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff on the day if you wish to be exempt from this activity.
Who will I see playing?
You can view the provisional order of play by round on our Wimbledon event page. The official order of play is not known until the evening before a match and is produced by The AELTC Referee. Please check wimbledon.com for the latest schedule of play - alternatively, you can download the Wimbledon app for all the latest news. Please note the schedule and order of play is subject to change.
Do I need to do anything before the event?
Prior to your attendance, if you are the booker, you will need to assign each e-ticket to each attending guest. Detailed instructions of how to do this will be emailed to the main booker. Please note, for security reasons all guests’ names must be added before the event, otherwise guests could be refused entry.
All guests must bring valid photo ID (for example a driving licence or passport) with them on day, and have their e-tickets ready for scanning from a mobile device.
You should submit any access and dietary requirements at least two weeks before attending.
Ensure all guests have read our FAQs and planned their travel to the event, as road closures may affect plans.
Why are we being asked to bring valid photo ID with us on day?
Ticket holders are required to provide all information reasonably required by AELTC from time to time, which may include their surname, first name, date of birth, postal address and phone number.
This information is required for identification purposes, health and safety, security and enforcement of Terms and Conditions. For more information on how the personal data of ticket holders will be processed please see the Privacy Policy.
By providing valid photo ID on day, the organisers are able to verify that the ticket holder is the individual named on the ticket.

What has changed for Wimbledon 2025?
The All England Lawn Tennis Club recently announced two operational updates ahead of the 138th edition of The Championships:
1. The provisional schedule for The Championships Finals Weekend has been adjusted, with the gentlemen’s and ladies’ doubles finals to commence at 1:00PM, followed by the ladies’ and gentlemen’s singles finals at 4:00PM, on the second Saturday and Sunday respectively. The schedule for the singles semi-finals will not change and the mixed doubles final will continue to be provisionally scheduled for the third match on the second Thursday. Please do peruse your provisional itinerary ahead of your day with us.
2. Live Electronic Line Calling (Live ELC) will be adopted at The Championships from 2025. The officiating technology will be in place for all Championships and Qualifying match courts and cover the ‘out’ and ‘fault’ calls that have previously been made by line umpires. The decision to adopt Live ELC was made following the successful completion of extensive testing during this 2024’s Championships and builds on the existing ball tracking and line calling technology that has been in place for many years.
