The dress code is smart casual in all areas of hospitality, with a recommendation to avoid wearing ripped jeans, vests, trainers or sportswear. Seating on Centre Court is not covered, so we recommend you bring a hat.

We would recommend meeting your guests at your table in the hospitality suite. Our hostesses will escort all guests to their tables when they arrive.

General:
Accessibility
Love Fifteen, located in the Winter Garden, is on the ground floor with a slight lip at the door frame. The route from gate 1 (the recommended entrance to the grounds for guests for Love Fifteen) to the facility is on the flat with no incline.
Sky Lounge, located in the Centre Court building, is on the second floor and accessible via lift. The route from Gate 5 (the recommended entrance to the grounds for Sky Lounge guests) has a ramp from street level to the concourse, where there is then a lift to the facility on the ground floor.
We would encourage guests with any accessibility requirements (within the facilities or on Centre Court) to contact us at least 14 days before attending to discuss any accommodations that you may need. If we can accommodate these requests, we will ensure these are listed on the special requirements of the booking.
Please note that we only have a limited amount of wheelchair seating on Centre Court.
All of the staff in the hospitality facilities are aware of the Sunflower Scheme for Hidden Disabilities. If you wear a sunflower lanyard, they may ask if there is anything they can do to help, or if you feel comfortable doing so, please do approach them and ask for assistance.
Who should I inform if me or my guests have dietary requirements?
The lead booker should add any guest dietary requirements via 'Manage guests & tickets' in their online account. Any allergies, severe intolerances or kosher requests need to be made no later than 14 days before the event. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 5 days before the event cannot be guaranteed.
Do you employ official photographers on event day?
We occasionally employ the services of professional photographers/videographers to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse across marketing activities, These may include, but are not limited to, our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of the hosting staff if you wish to be exempt from this activity.
Do I need to do anything before the event?
Below is a quick and easy checklist to ensure you are ready for the Lexus Eastbourne Open:
- Add all guests requirements to your booking through My Account at least 14 days before attending. The portal can be used to add special requirements, court seating requirements and dietary requirements.
- Ensure you have allocated the digital tickets to each of your guests in your group. More information on how to do this can be found here. All guests must bring valid photo ID (a driving licence, passport etc.), with them on the day, and have their digital tickets ready for scanning from a mobile device.
- Ensure all guests have read our FAQS and planned their travel to the event, as road closures, or train strikes, may affect plans.
